I would like to share my wellbeing and happiness that I gain from zumba classes with Susanna and Lily!
I really hate gym, and wasn’t exercising at all, but I made one of the best decisions I could by signing up for amazing ZUMBA! All together with zumba classes and a motivation group that I joined, I have lost 10 kg in 4 weeks. Zumba now is a part of my lifestyle, and I simply love it!! Huge thanks to the girls, Lily and Susanna.
As a single parent I have a
little time for my self, but I choose to spend it at Zumba classes where I can recharge my batteries and release the stress and negative emotions, I feel happy after every class and proud of myself, plus with positive energy. What can be better?!
It may sound cheesy but from bottom of my heart I suggest everyone to join and experience it for themselves.
