Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba
routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve
cardiovascular fitness.

The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and
boost cardio endurance.

All our instructors are licenced, and they all bring their own style and flavour to the class – no two
instructors are the same. Each instructor represents a new challenge to keep you on your toes. You will
never get bored.
