Low-intensity Classes

What does “low-intensity class” mean?

It means the exercises are less strenuous, and there are minimal or no jumps involved. Overall, the class is more gentle on the joints and ligaments.

Who is the low-intensity class for?

The low-intensity class is the perfect choice for you if:

  • you haven’t exercised in a very long time (months or years)
  • you are pregnant, and the doctor advised that you only do lower intensity workouts
  • you have any health condition where the doctor advised you to do a more gentle form of workout
  • you simply don’t feel like doing a proper workout, but you would just rather enjoy the good music, move along, and remove the stiffness after a long day of sitting at your desk

If you haven’t exercised for a long time, and start with the low-intensity classes, feel free to move to the regular classes once you feel that you can do the low-intensity class with ease.

Always listen to your body and increase the intensity gradually.

Remember: To get results, you don’t have to be extreme, just consistent 🙂

If you have any questions at any stage, just drop us a message.

For a limited time, you can attend Andrea’s low-intensity Sizzle classes even if you have a Zumba-only membership. (Click on the image below to start the class)

PS: The low-intensity class is a new addition to our regular classes. Please bear with us as we add more classes soon.
