I loved this program! The videos were very well structured, depending on your dance and fitness ability, and I loved them. I would look forward to doing them. The advice and information made me look at things differently, and the little challenges were fantastic. They speak plain English and not fitness jargon, which is so off-putting.

I wanted to lose a few pounds, which I did, but I also got my love back for being active in a really fun and enjoyable way, which has never been the case before.

Hi there! We're Lily and Viktor, the heart and soul behind Dance and Health. Since 2011, we've been on a mission to help people fall in love with exercise and discover the joy of a healthy lifestyle.

Our paths crossed at a Cuban salsa class in Dublin, where dance not only sparked our romance but also fused our professional worlds. Viktor, a coach passionate about mental wellness, discovered dance as a powerful ally against stress, anxiety, and depression. I, as a group fitness instructor and nutritionist, found in dance the perfect partner to foster physical well-being.

Together, we've combined our expertise to create Dance and Health, developing unique programs and challenges that inspire people to move, eat healthily, and shed unwanted body fat.
Over the years, we've been featured in various media outlets, sharing our belief that exercise should be a source of joy, not a chore.
